FAQs
What do QHHT and Introspective Hypnosis have in common?
Just before the session, the practitioner talks with you, to get a sense of the people in your life, issues, lifelong patterns, etc., that may arise in a session. There’s also time to answer any questions you may have about the process.
The practitioner creates a safe, comfortable space and acts as a facilitator, guiding you into a deeper state of awareness, where you can access more information.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are in control at all times. Your consciousness/soul takes you where you need to go.
In both modalities, we search for the origin of any symptom or issue in the current life or a past life, to help understand, release, relieve or repair what is causing it.
Your session is recorded (usually audio only).
Both modalities have produced life-changing results (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), due to the astonishing capacity of your consciousness/soul.
What is different about Introspective Hypnosis®?
An Introspective Hypnosis® session may be held in person or remotely (via Zoom), and lasts about 2 to 4 hours.
The practitioner guides you in navigating memories, to determine what needs to be addressed. You may experience a memory from your current life, past life or between lives. Their is an extensive approach for addressing issues of the soul in the womb. While a past life may be part of the approach, it’s used solely to discover the origin of symptoms or issues.
The focus is on what’s happening now. If we weren’t able to resolve something in the past, it manifests as symptoms. These often arise from strong emotions, fears/phobias, trauma (physical, mental, emotional) or sadness/grief.
The practitioner works with the subconscious, to access information and resolve issues. This may also include interaction with spiritual guides or deceased loved ones, “lost souls” or soul fragments, that disconnected during traumatic events.
Resolving “soul entrapment” may be part of a session. For the soul, there is no time. Everything is happening now. If something is left unresolved from a traumatic event, part of the soul may stay trapped in that event, believing that it’s still happening. The approach to this allows them to understand the event and mediates forgiveness, to help the client move forward.
Lost souls (attachments/entities) This is probably the greatest difference between Introspective Hypnosis® and QHHT®. At times, when there is an unexplained symptom, something may be preventing a lost soul/energy from going to the light. That soul/energy may be voluntarily or involuntarily causing symptoms. The approach gives them a voice to explain what’s happening, mediates forgiveness between the client and lost soul and helps them go to the light.
What is different about QHHT®?
QHHT® sessions are in person ONLY and last about 4 to 6 hours.
You may come into a memory from your current life, past life, between lives, future life, or something else (e.g. off-planet experiences).
Visiting a past life is a standard part of the approach, to deepen relaxation and offer information pertinent to the current life.
You bring a list of questions (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) to be addressed during the session. The focus may be on any aspect of life, often on spiritual questions. Physical, mental, emotional issues are also addressed.
The practitioner works with your subconscious/higher self through you. There may also be interaction with spiritual guides or deceased loved ones. Some clients have interplanetary or multidimensional experiences, especially if that’s a focus or interest of theirs.
What else should I consider as I decide?
From a practical standpoint, a major deciding factor for the type of session you choose is your location. If you’re unable to travel to Rhode Island, we can have an Introspective Hypnosis® session via Zoom, but not QHHT®.
Next is time and cost. Due to the length of the sessions, QHHT sessions are longer, so they cost more.
If you’ve read the other information in this FAQ section, and still have difficulty deciding, feel free to contact me. I’ll try to answer your questions, and there’s no obligation on your part. I want you to have the best experience possible.
