Group past life regression sessions
These sessions are a great way to learn more about your past lives and experience what light trance hypnosis is like.
And you can do it with friends!
A group past life regression is easy and enjoyable.
A session can be done in just about any size group, as long as everyone can get comfortable. Participants may be seated or lying down – whatever makes sense for the number of people and environment we’re in.
What is a past life regression session like?
- The group is guided into a light state of trance (alpha).
- You’re in control the entire time. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
- We walk through a series of exercises to help you relax, visualize and go through the experience in the best way possible. This is like a guided meditation.
- Although the instructions are the same, everyone has a different experience.
- After each exercise, you’ll have a chance to write down what happened. It can be like a dream… fading away fairly quickly.
- Next, the group shares their experiences (whoever feels comfortable doing that) and I answer any questions you have.
- Then we move on to the next guided experience, if time allows.
- If you come with one or two questions, you can try to focus on getting an answer to them in the session.
- A group session is different from an individual QHHT® or Introspective Hypnosis® session, although they have some approaches in common. An individual session is highly personalized, takes longer and involves a deeper state of relaxation.
What are the benefits of a group past life regression?
- Learn what some parts of an individual session are like.
- Experience how natural it is to be in a light state of trance. You’re in and out of trance many times a day!
- Parts of the group session are very similar to an individual session.
- Practitioners have noticed that clients who go to group sessions before they have an individual session tend to find it easier to relax more deeply and seem to get more out of it.
- Many participants get information that’s helpful in their current lifetime.
- It can be fun to share your experiences and hear what others experience.
- If you then decide to have an individual session, you’ll already have a good idea of what it’s like, which gives your conscious mind a chance to relax even more deeply.
- They take less time than an individual session (which is usually 3-6 hours long).
How should I prepare for a group session?
- The more relaxed you are, the better your experiences will be.
- Eat moderately or lightly and limit substances like caffeine, for at least a few hours beforehand, to help you relax.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not appropriate for the session and interferes with your experience.
- Bring whatever you need to be comfortable.
- Lying down is often the easiest way to get relaxed. You can sit if you’d like, or if space doesn’t allow you to lie down. This has been done in 400 person auditoriums.
- A blanket, pillow and something to lie on (sleeping bag, camp mat, yoga mat), if appropriate, are very helpful. We tend to cool off when we lie down.
- You’ll write about your experience, so bring a pen and something to write in, like a notepad or journal.
- Think about one or two questions you might have about something in your life, such as:
- Why am I drawn to____ (a person, place, hobby, etc.)?
- Why have I never been able to _____?
- What’s getting in the way of (a goal or wish you may have) _____?
- These are just examples. You can explore anything you wonder about.
